摘 要:目的:探讨一种利用树脂粘结技术与金属翼板联合粘结桥修复治疗单个切牙缺失的应用价值。方法:选择合适病例,将缺牙区两侧基牙按要求进行牙体预备,用0.24mm厚度及0.16mm白合金片分别锤造出与双侧基牙舌面相密合的金属翼板,在0.24mm合金片上打出直径约为2.0mm的小孔,将该二翼板重叠点焊成一体,利用树脂粘结于基牙舌侧及邻面以修复缺失牙。结果:经过5年的观察,修复切牙缺失128例中,112例成功,8例断裂,8例缺失,成功率为87.5%。结论:自制金属翼板作为切牙缺失的固定修复方法,工艺简单,易于成功,临床效果良好,适合基层应用修复,是一种可选择的理想修复方法。Objective:To investigate the clinical advantages in application of dental bonding technique and resin-bonded bridge of metal alar plate on restoration of incisor. Methods:Select the appropriate cases,the abutment teeth were prepared according to the requirements. two alloy plate (0. 24 mm,0. 16 mm)wad made to conform to lingual surfaces of the abutment teeth. One of them (0. 16 mm) was perforated(Φ 2 mm). Solder two plate of metal together. After try -in and adjustment the metal-resin combined bridge with resin-bonded on the lingual side of the abutment teeth to restore the missing incisor. Results:After 5years of observation,112 cases of success,8 cases of fracture,8 cases of fracture,the successful rate was 87. 5%. Conclusions:Self-made resin-bonded bridge of metal alar plate in incisor is simple and easy success,the clinical result is good,suitable for primary,is an ideal alternative repair method.
