抑郁症患者肿瘤坏死因子-α与生活事件及应对方式的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:研究抑郁症患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平变化及其与生活事件、应付方式间的关系。方法:入组60例未经药物治疗的抑郁症患者进行生活事件量表(LES)、应付方式问卷和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的临床评定。用酶联免疫吸附方法对60例患者进行血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)检测,并与60名正常人群做比较。结果:血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平在两组间差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);抑郁症患者中血清TNF-α水平与应付方式、生活事件总频度及强度、负性事件频度及强度无明显相关性(p>0.05);抑郁症患者较健康人群经历更多的负性生活事件,且较多采用不成熟应付方式,其差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α分泌水平有待进一步研究;抑郁症患者较健康人群经历更多的生活事件,而多采用不成熟应付方式;血清TNF-α水平与生活事件及应付方式的相关性有待进一步研究。Objective： The study aims to analyze the correlation of serum level of TNF-α with the features of life event and copying style in depression patients.Methods：Sixty drug-naive depression patients were recruited and assessed by using Life Event Scale（LES）,Copying Style Questionnaire and HAMD.Serum level of TNF-α was evaluated using ELISA method in 60 patients and 60 healthy controls.Results：The serum level of TNF-α had not significant difference between the drug-naive depression patients and the control group（p〈0.05）;The score of copying styles and Life Event Scale of depression didn＇t correlate with level of TNF-α（p〉0.05）;Compared with the controls,the patients experienced more stressful life events and used more positive copying styles（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：The serum level of TNF-α in depression need to be further researched;Patients who experienced more stressful life events and used more positive copying styles.The level of TNF-α were not completely correlated with the score of Life Event and Copying styles and this correlation also need to be further researched.
