摘　　要：目的：建立妇康胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Reliasil C18（250×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（67∶33）,检测波长321nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为40℃。结果：蛇床子素在9.26-45.65μg/ml范围间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996（n=5）,平均回收率为100.13%,RSD为2.33%（n=9）。结论：高效液相色谱法（HPLC）简便可行、重复性好,可用于妇康胶囊中有效成分蛇床子素的含量测定。Objective： To describe a method for determining osthole in FUKAN capsule by HPLC.Methods：The determination was carried out over a Reliasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） at the temperature（40℃）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（65∶35） with detection wavelength at 321nm and flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Results：The linear ranges of osthole was 9.26～45.65 μg·mL-1（r =0.9996）,The average recovery of osthole was 100.13%（RSD=2.33%）.Conclusion：HPLC is simple,and had good linear relationship.it can be used as quality control for FUKANG capsule.
