摘  要:针对小型活塞式无人机发动机的检测需求,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的无人机发动机野外试车系统,该系统实现了在机体和发动机不分离和不需要无人机全系统配合的条件下对发动机实施智能检测;通过采用虚拟仪器、串行模数转换等新技术,系统可代替地面控制站对发动机进行控制,对发动机性能参数实施快速、便携检测和综合显示,并根据检测数据进行故障分析,适时提供维修指南,有效弥补了现有检测手段与方法的不足,提高了无人机发动机系统野战条件下的试车效率。To meet the requirement of miniature piston engine test, researchers have designed a field test running system of the UAV engine based on virtual instrument. The system can test intelligently the engine on the condition that the engine isn't separated from the plane and the whole system don't need to cooperate. By adopting new technique including virtual instrument and A/D conversion ere, the system can replace the ground control station to control the engine. It can test quickly and expediently, and display function parameters of the engine. According to testing data, it can analyse the fault and offer the maintaining guide, and make up effectively the shortage of the current measure and way, and improve evidently the testing efficiency of the UAV engine in field.
