摘　　要：目的分析挫伤性前房积血治疗方法和效果。方法对我院2007年1月至2009年10月收治的42例(42眼)挫伤性前房积血患者进行回顾性分析。结果经保守治疗和前房冲洗(7例)前房积血完全吸收37例(88.1%),视力大于0.3者37例(88.1%)。结论挫伤性前房积血及时合理治疗视力恢复良好,并与出血量眼球挫伤程度及有无并发症有关。Objectives To study the effective method on treating blunnt traumatic hyphema.Methods From Jan 2007 to Oct 2009, the data of 42 cases with blunt traumatic hyphema was analyzed retrospectively.Results We adopted conservative treatment and irrigation anterior chamber（7 cases）.Hyphema was completely absorbed in 37 cases（88.1%） .Visual acuity of 37 eyes was better than 0.3. Conclusions The early and timely treatment of traumatic hyphema could improve the vision of patients. Recovery of vision is related to the amount of hemorrhage, severity of the contusion, and complications.
