摘　　要：目的观察视网膜光凝治疗视网膜干性裂孔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析22例视网膜干性裂孔患者行预防性激光治疗的临床资料。结果所有患者在表麻下接受视网膜光凝,术后随访6个月,术中术后无严重并发症,治愈21例(21只眼),有效率达95.5%。结论预防性激光治疗视网膜干性裂孔是一种可靠而有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effects of preventive laser photocoagulation treatment for dry-retinal tears. Methods Data twenty-two cases （22 eyes） suffered dry-retinal tears accepting the preventive laser photocoagulation treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results After 6 months＇ follow-up, 21 cases（95.5%） sealed the tear successfully. Only one case（4.5%） developed into retinal detachment after three months. Conclusion The preventive laser photocoagulation treatment is an effective way to treat dry-retinal tears.
