摘 要:为了更有效地提取有价值的焊接信息,建立了可实现对焊接电信号、高速摄像与光谱信息的同步采集的焊接多信息同步采集系统。并对给定触发脉冲下获得的焊接电信号、高速摄像照片和光谱信息进行比较分析,发现这三者在时间上具有很好的对应关系。即实现了焊接多信息的同步采集与分析,对进一步诊断其他焊接方法在各种状态对电弧的影响奠定了基础。In order to extract the valuable welding information effectively, the synchronized collecting system of multi-information on are welding was built, which can obtain simultaneously electric signal, high speed camera images and spectrum information. At the given triggering pulse, electric signal, high speed camera images and spectrum information could be compared and analyzed by the system, which had good correspondent relationship with time. The synchronized collection and analyses on welding multi-information could be realized, and the foundation on the further diagnosis of the others welding and the effect of welding arc under kinds of conditions was laid.
