摘  要:目的了解戴用劳动保护眼镜后角膜异物的发生情况。方法收集2008年7月至2009年6月在我院就诊的146例(146眼)角膜异物患者,根据其受伤时有无戴用劳动保护眼镜将其分为戴镜组和未戴镜组,对患者的一般资料及角膜异物的大小、位置等进行收集,并进行统计学分析。结果 2组患者年龄、病程、矫正视力等差异均无统计学意义,而未戴镜组患者的文化程度偏低,与戴镜组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。戴镜组角膜异物直径为(0.46±0.06)mm,未戴镜组角膜异物直径为(0.57±0.08)mm,2者间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。戴镜组角膜颞下区(28眼,48.28%)和中央区(16眼,27.59%)异物为多见,鼻下区(12眼,20.69%)次之,最少为鼻上区(2眼,3.45%)及颞上区(0眼)。未戴镜组角膜鼻下区(44眼,50.00%)、颞下区(24眼,27.27%)和中央区(18眼,20.45%)异物多见,颞上区(2眼,2.27%)及鼻上区(0眼)少见。戴镜组和未戴镜组角膜异物在鼻下区的分布百分数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),余各分区差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论戴用劳动保护眼镜能有效防止异物的进入,但劳动保护眼镜颞下方与面部间有缝隙,异物可从此进入,建议设计时加强颞下方防护。Objective To investigate the incidence of corneal foreign body after wearing protective spectacles.Methods A total of 146 cases(146 eyes) with corneal foreign body were recruited in our hospital between July 2008 and June 2009.Cases were divided into 2 groups,groups with or without protective spectacles groups.Common data of cases,location and size of foreign bodies were collected and statistically analyzed.Results There was no statistical difference in age,course and corrected visual acuity between the two groups,but the culture degree of group without spectacles was lower than group with spectacles,there was statistical difference(P0.05).The diameters of foreign body were (0.46±0.06)mm and (0.57±0.08)mm in group with spectacles and group without spectacles,respectively,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).In group with spectacles,inferotemporal side (28 eyes,48.28%)of cornea was the most common position with foreign body,followed by central side(16 eyes,27.59%),inferonasal side(12 eyes,20.69%),superonasal side(2 eyes,3.45%)and superotemporal side(0 eye).In group without spectacles,inferonasal side(44 eyes,50.00%) of cornea was the most common position with foreign body,followed by inferotemporal side(24 eyes,27.27%),central side(18 eyes,20.45%),superotemporal side(2 eyes,2.27%),superonasal side(0 eye).The percent of foreign body location on inferonasal side was significantly different between the two groups(P0.05),but no difference was found in other sides between the two groups(all P0.05).Conclusions Protective spectacles can effectively prevent foreign body,but foreign body can enter eyes through the gap below inferotemporal side.More improvement needs to be done in design for protecting the inferotemporal side.
