摘　　要：本文对近10a来眼科活血利水法的基础实验研究进展进行了综述,发现活血利水法对高眼压等眼科实验动物模型的干预作用研究取得了较大的进展,如用益气活血利水之青光安颗粒剂对实验性急慢性高眼压、用益气养阴活血利水之复明片对实验性视网膜脱离、用活血通脉利水明目之散血明目片对实验性玻璃体积血、用活血利水法对实验性视网膜静脉阻塞和实验性外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变等,均有明显的干预作用。现对眼科活血利水法的基础研究进展综述如下。This article summarizes basic experimental researches on the treatment of activating blood and diuresis method in ophthalmology at recent ten years.Basic experiments have shown that the studies of interference effect of activating blood and diuresis method on experimental models have dramatic progress,such as Qing Guang＇an granules,blood-activating and diuresis-inducing on experimental chronic or acute intraocular hypertension,Fuming pills of qi-benefiting,yin-fostering and diuresis-inducing on experimental retinal detachment,Sanxue Mingmu pills of blood-activating,diuresis-inducing and vision-increasing on experimental vitreous hemorrhage,activating blood and diuresis method on experimental retinal vein occlusion and experimental trauma proliferative vitreous retinopathy.They all have the obvious interference effects.This article reviews the basic research progress of activating blood and diuresis method in ophthalmology.
