摘　　要：近年来的研究表明,胸腺素β4(thymosin β4,Tβ4)对创伤组织的修复和重建具有很好的促进作用,Tβ4可促进心肌梗死后毛细血管再生,促进毛囊干细胞增生,促进角膜上皮增生、迁移、再上皮化并调节损伤后炎症反应。其中,Tβ4促进角膜损伤修复的机制逐渐被揭示,本文就近年来有关Tβ4促进角膜损伤修复的研究作一综述。The studies in recent years have shown that thymosin β4 can promote the recovery and remodeling of wound tissues,the regeneration of blood capillary after myocardial infarction,the proliferation of hair follicle stem cell,the development migration and re-epithelium of corneal epithelium and regulate the inflammation after wounding,in which the mechanisms of thymosin β4 promoting the wound healing of cornea have been gradually disclosed.This article reviews the studies about these in recent years.
