摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)中HSP90α的表达与其发生及恶性转化的关系。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测41例GIST各分级组织中HSP90α的表达。结果:随着GIST分级的升高,HSP90α的表达及强度逐渐增高,阳性表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且HSP90α表达与GIST大小相关(P<0.05)。结论:HSP90α参与了胃肠间质瘤的发生、发展,HSP90α检测有助于判断GIST的性质及指导治疗。Objective：To investigate the expression of HSP90c~ in gastrointestinal stomal tumors（GIST） and their correlations with the pathogenesis, development and differentiation degree of GIST. Methods： The expression of HSP90a was detected in 41 cases of GIST by immunohistochemical technique. Results ：HSP90a was markedly corre- lated to the grade of GIST and size（ P 〈 0. 05 ）but not to orther pathological feature：grade I and II, sex, age, primary site, histology （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： HSP90a is overexpressed in human GIST and can be used as an indicator to judge differentiation and prognosis of GISTA and guid treatment.
