摘　　要：目的:研究CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞)在白血病中的表达及临床意义。方法:30例确诊的白血病患者在入院时各采静脉血2ml,予EDTA-K2抗凝后送流式细胞仪(FCM)检测CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞的表达水平。分别给予30例患者VCDP(长春新碱、环磷酰胺、柔红霉素、泼尼松)方案、DA、MA(柔红霉素、阿糖胞苷)或HA(高三尖杉碱、阿糖胞苷)方案静脉注射化疗,化疗后骨穿+外周血示完全缓解或部分缓解,再次采取外周血样,流式细胞仪检测CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞的表达水平。结果:化疗缓解后患者外周血中CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞下降明显。结论:外周血CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞的表达水平对白血病的诊断和治疗具有一定的指导作用。Objective ： To research expression and clinical value of CD4 ＋ CD25＋ Treg cell in patients with leukemia. Methods ： Two ml peripheral blood were drawn from 30 leukemia patients. CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋ Treg cells were detected by FCM. These patients were treated with chemotherapy, such as VCDP, DA, HA respectively. After treatment CD4＋ CD25 ＋ Treg cells in peripheral blood were detected by FCM. Results： CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg cells in peripheral blood of the relieved patients significantly decreased. Conclusion： CD4＋ CD25 ＋ Treg cells in peripheral blood have some direction value in diagnosis and treatment of leukemia.
