摘  要:Myc诱导的核抗原mina53基因是近年新发现的c-myc下游直接靶基因之一.研究发现mina53基因在多种肿瘤组织,尤其是消化系肿瘤中高表达,有提示预后的作用,表明其在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中可能发挥重要作用.对mina53基因的深入研究有助于进一步揭示消化系肿瘤的本质,为辅助诊断和指导治疗提供新途径,以期改善肿瘤患者的预后.Myc-induced nuclear antigen mina53 gene is a novel downstream direct target gene of c-myc recently discovered. Studies have shown that the expression of mina53 gene is high in many tumor tissues, especially in digestive system tumors, and has value in predicting prognosis, which suggests that mina53 gene may play an important role in the development and progression of tumors. Thus, studies on mina53 gene will help revealing the essence of digestive system tumors, and provide new auxiliary approaches for diagnosis and treatment, furthermore to improve the prognosis of patients with digestive system tumors.
