摘　　要：肿瘤治疗已经进入分子靶向治疗时代,抗血管新生治疗是靶向治疗的重要策略,在肿瘤多学科综合治疗中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文就近年来肿瘤抗血管新生治疗过程中发现的与疗效评价、抵抗性相关的生物标志物作一综述,旨在为抗血管新生治疗的疗效评价和实现肿瘤的个体化治疗提供理论依据。In the era of molecularly targeted therapy,antiangiogenic therapy is a major strategy and playing an important role in the multidisciplinary approaches to the treatment of malignant tumors.This review is a summary of biomarkers of therapeutic effect evaluation and resistance to antiangiogenic therapy in recent researches,which aims to provide theoretical basis for therapeutic effect evaluation and individualized treatment.
