指背静脉的解剖及其临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨指背静脉作为静脉输注途径的解剖学基础及临床应用价值。方法：在１５具防腐尸体解剖并观察指背静脉的走行及外径，并在临床应用２０００例次。结果：指背静脉有三级静脉弓，第三级静脉弓在近节指发出２条指背静脉干汇入手背静脉网，此段静脉行径较直、管径粗。临床上采用指背静脉输注，成功率达９６５％。结论：指背静脉适合行静脉穿刺及输注。Objective:to study the anatomic basis of digital dorsal vein as intravenous infusion route and its clinical application.Methods:15 preserved adult cadavers were used to observe the morphology of digital dorsal vein and 2 000 intravenous infusions through digital dorsal vein were observed clinically.Results:digital dorsal vein forms three levels of vein arc in its course.Two veins from the third level arc are straight and smooth,and have larger vessel diameter for venous puncture.96.5% of 2 000 intravenous infusions were completed with excellent results.Conclustion:Digital dorsal vein is suitable for intravenous infusion,but its clinical application should be confined to patients who need chronic intravenous infusion.
