摘 要:目的观察细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞(CIK)对卵巢癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞及T细胞亚群变化的影响。方法对30例经病理确诊为卵巢癌的患者,取其自体外周血单个核细胞,通过培养将其诱导为CIK细胞,然后将细胞进行自体回输。2周后采用流式细胞仪检测外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞、T细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化。结果 CIK细胞输注后,患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞减少(P<0.01),CD8+下降(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值及NK细胞较治疗前显著升高。结论卵巢癌患者经自体CIK细胞回输治疗后,外周血调节性T细胞的数量降低,T细胞亚群比例失调和功能低下的状况得到不同程度的改善。Objective To evaluate the variation of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and T cell subsets affected by cytokine-induced killer cells in ovarian neoplasm patients.Methods Thirty ovarian neoplasm patients pathologically diagnosed were collected.The auto-CIK cells were transfused back into patients after peripheral blood was cultured and induced into CIK cells.The levels of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells,T cell subsets and NK cells were detected with flow cytometry two weeks later.Results CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells were decreased after autologous CIK cell transfusion,(P0.01);the CD8+ cell subsets were decreased(P0.05).Cell subsets CD3+ and CD4+,ratio of CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells were significantly increased at the same time.Conclusion Autologous CIK cells can degrade the quantity of regulatory T cells,improve the unbalanced T cell subsets in patients with ovarian neoplasm and to some extent upgrade the quality of patients' life.
