暗纹东方鲀卵巢氨基酸组成分析

摘　　要：本文采用美国WatersHPLCPicoTagTM氨基酸分析技术对暗纹东方卵巢的氨基酸组成进行了分析。结果表明暗纹东方卵巢含有18种常见氨基酸，其中含有人体必需氨基酸8种，占氨基酸总量的38．61％，谷氨酸含量最高．占总量的12．58％。The Waters HPLC Pico TagTM method was applied for determination of amino acids composition of the o vary from Fugu obscurus. The test result has showed that ovary contains eighteen common amino acids. There are eight essential amino acids for human body,amount to 38. 61%. And Glutamic acid has the highest content of 12. 58%.
