摘　　要：本研究以问卷调查和言谈走访相结合的方式调查了解了当今高校毕业生在求职心态、求职准备和求职途径三个方面存在的心理问题,并根据调查结果从毕业生自身、高校与社会两方面因素提出了相应改善性对策。The questionnaire survey and study to explore ways of integrating into the college graduate get the job,and the way for preparing for three aspects of mental problems,and according to the survey results from our university graduates,and social two factors set up corresponding improvement plan.
