熟地平颤汤结合西医常规疗法治疗帕金森病的临床多中心随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察具有滋补肝肾、通络解毒功效中药熟地平颤汤结合西医常规疗法治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法采用多中心、随机对照的方法 ,将120例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组继续原有西药治疗,治疗组同时加用熟地平颤汤和蝎蜈胶囊,两组疗程均为3个月;观察两组临床疗效及治疗后帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)第二分量表(运动功能判断)和第三分量表(病程中疾病发展程度的判断)评分、改良的Hoehn&Yahr分级、左旋多巴用量、"开关"现象变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为43.33%、16.67%;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组可明显改善患者的运动症状,减少UP-DRS II(P<0.05)和UPDRS III(P<0.01)评分;对有开关现象者可延长开期时间,减少关期时间(P<0.05),而且未见明显毒副作用。结论熟地平颤汤结合西医常规疗法治疗帕金森病具有增效减毒作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shudi Pingchan Decoction＂ and western medicine in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）.Methods The multicentre,randomized controlled trial was used in this observation.Total 120 subjects were divided into control group and control group,60 cases in each group.Control group was continued to use levodopa while the treatment group was treated with levodopa and ＂Shudi Pingchan Decoction＂,with a course of 3 months.The UPDRS scale and switching time were measured.Results The total effective rate was 43.33% in the treatment group and 16.67% in the control group,with a striking difference between them（P0.01）.In the treatment group,the motor symptoms were obviously relieved,the scores of UPDRS Ⅱand UPDRS Ⅲ were reduced（P0.05,P0.01）;the time of turn-off was extended while the time of turn-on was reducedz（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Shudi Pingchan Decoction＂ can help clinical effects and reduce adverse reactions.
