卵巢上皮性癌组织中WWOX与Bcl-xl基因的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究卵巢上皮性癌中WWOX与Bcl-xl基因的蛋白表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测39例卵巢上皮性癌、7例交界性卵巢肿瘤、10例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、15例正常卵巢组织中WWOX与Bcl-xl蛋白的表达情况。结果卵巢上皮性癌组织中WWOX蛋白阳性表达率为64.10%(25/39),显著低于交界性卵巢肿瘤(6/7,85.71%)、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤(10/10,100%)及正常卵巢组织(15/15,100%)中的阳性表达率(均P<0.01);卵巢上皮性癌组织中Bcl-xl蛋白阳性表达率为53.85%(21/39),显著高于交界性卵巢肿瘤(2/7,28.57%)、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤(1/10,10.00%)及正常卵巢组织(0/15,0)中的阳性表达率(均P<0.01)。WWOX蛋白表达与卵巢上皮性癌的临床分期及病理学类型有关(P<0.05),与病理学分级无相关性(P>0.05)。Bcl-xl蛋白表达与卵巢上皮性癌的病理学类型和病理学分级无关(P>0.05),但与临床分期相关(P<0.05)。WWOX蛋白表达与Bcl-xl蛋白的表达呈明显负相关(r=-0.478,P<0.01)。结论 WWOX基因在卵巢上皮性癌组织中低表达,Bcl-xl基因在卵巢上皮性癌组织中高表达,可能在卵巢上皮性癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of WWOX and Bcl-xl genes in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods The expression of WWOX and Bcl-xl protein was examined by immunohistochemical SP technique in 39 cases of ovarian cancer,7 cases of borderline tumor,10 cases of benign tumor and 15 cases of normal ovary.The relationship between WWOX and Bcl-xl expression was also analyzed.Results Positive expression rate of WWOX in epithelial ovarian cancer was 64.10%（25/39）,which was significantly lower than that in borderline tumor（6/7,85.71%）,benign tumor（10/10,100%）and normal ovary（15/15,100%）（P〈0.01）.And positive expression rate of Bcl-xl in epithelial ovarian cancer was 53.85%（21/39）,which was significantly higher than that in borderline tumor（2/7,28.57%）,benign tumor（1/10,10.00%）and normal ovary（0/15,0）（P〈0.01）.The expression of WWOX protein was correlated with pathological types and clinical stages of ovarian cancer（P〈0.05）,but not with cell differentiation（P〉0.05）.The expression of Bcl-xl protein was not correlated with pathological types and cell differentiation of ovarian cancer（P〉0.05）,but with clinical stages（P〈0.05）.And the expression of WWOX was negatively correlated with the expression of Bcl-xl protein（r=-0.478,P〈0.01）.Conclusion There was low expression of WWOX but high expression of Bcl-xl in epithelial ovarian cancer,which may participate in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
