摘　　要：分析了龙煤集团业务流程重组过程中的组织结构存在的问题,围绕业务流程重组与组织变革的关系,将二者有机地结合起来,提出了一个基于业务流程重组的集团组织变革思路,并在此基础上阐述了组织变革过程中采取的相应策略。This paper analyzes the problems consist in the organizational structure LongMay Group in the process of business process reengineering,surrounding the relationship between business process reengineering and organizational reform,organically combines the both,and proposes a group organizational reform ideas based on business process reengineering,and on this basis,explains the corresponding strategies adopted in the process of organizational reform.
