摘　　要：理工科大学生在科技创新能力培养中存在着一些亟待解决的问题。培养理工科大学生科技创新能力,要提高对大学生科技创新能力培养的认识;完善组织管理机构,健全制度保障体系;加强实践环节;塑造高校校园文化,营造浓厚的科技创新氛围。Science and engineering college students in science and technology innovation capacitybuilding in that there are some problems to be solved.Foster scientific and technological innovation ability of science and engineering students,to enhance students understanding of science and technology innovation capacity-building;a well-organized governing body,a sound system,security system;to strengthen the practice areas;to shape campus culture,and create a strong atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation.
