摘　　要：①目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)和p27蛋白在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。②方法免疫组化SP法检测Cyclin D1和p27蛋白在56例口腔鳞癌组织中的表达情况,取12例正常口腔黏膜组织做对照。③结果口腔鳞癌组织中细胞周期蛋白CyclinD1呈高表达,p27呈低表达,二者与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);口腔鳞癌组织中CyclinD1与p27的异常表达与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别等因素无关(P>0.05);口腔鳞癌中Cyclin D1和p27表达呈负相关(r=-0.42)。④结论CyclinD1和p27蛋白的异常表达与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关,联合检测CycinD1及p27蛋白的表达有助于综合评估口腔鳞癌的生物学行为。Objective To investigate the expressions of CyclinD1 and p27 proteins in oral squamous cell carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of CyclinD1 and p27 proteins were detected by S-P immunohistochemical staining in 56 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma and 12 cases with normal oral tissues in control group.Results The high expression of CyclinD1 and the low expression of p27 were observed in oral squamous cell carcinoma.There was statistical significance between the tumor group and the control group（P0.05）.The expressions of CyclinD1 and p27 were correlated with cell differentiation,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,while which were not correlated with age and sex（P0.05）.There was negative relation between the expression of CyclinD1 and p27（r=-0.42）.Conclusions The abnormal expressions of CyclinD1 and p27 were correlated with the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma,the combing detection of CyclinD1 and p27 protein expression was useful in evaluating the biological behavior of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
