湟源县高寒地区野生羌活的人工驯化技术研究

摘　　要：羌活作为一种野生医药资源,人工种植尚在尝试阶段,湟源县经过多年的研究探讨,在提高其种子发芽率和种苗移栽成活率方面探索出了一些能够指导生产实践的成功做法。包括温棚沙藏、防寒沟储苗、药剂浸种、药剂浸根、种苗移栽时期的确定、药用移栽苗的密度确定、田间管理中的打薹等。As a kind of wild medical resources,manual plantation of wild Notopterygium forbesii is still at the trial stage.Through many years＇ research and explore,many successful methods that could guide production practices in the context of improving the seed germination rate and the survival rate of transplanted seedlings,such as sand plantation in greenhouse,storage seedlings in winter protection groove,soaking seeds in pharmacy,the determination of the transplanted seedlings,ascertaining the density of medicinal transplant seedlings,cutting turnips during field management,etc.
