摘 要:以巨峰葡萄为试材,研究了果实膨大期施用不同浓度微生物钾肥对土壤理化性状和肥力的影响,同时探讨了微生物钾肥对葡萄叶片光合作用和果实品质的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,根施微生物钾肥能够降低土壤容重,改善土壤理化性状,提高土壤肥力,特别是根施100倍和300倍微生物钾肥处理,土壤碱解氮、速效钾和葡萄叶片的全钾含量均显著高于对照;100倍和300倍微生物钾肥处理还显著提高了葡萄叶片气孔导度和净光合速率,降低了叶片胞间CO_2浓度;施用微生物钾肥也显著提高了葡萄的可溶性固形物含量和果实硬度。The grape variety Kyoho was used as a test material,and microbial potassium fertilizer of various dilutions was applied at the fruit expanding stage in order to study the effects .of the fertilizer on the soil physical and chemical properties and the leaf photosynthesis and fruit quality. The results showed that application of the fertilizer decreased the volume weight of soil and improved the soil physical and chemical properties and fertility. Application of the fertilizer at 100 or 300-fold dilution significantly increased the alkali-hydrolyzable N and readily available K in soil and the total K in the leaves,significantly improved the stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate of the leaves,significantly decreased the intercellular CO2 concentration of the leaves,and also significantly improved the soluble solids and hardness of the fruit.
