摘　　要：目的:研究神经干细胞体外培养、分化及其DCX的表达。方法:体外分离培养神经干细胞,传3代后通过免疫组织化学染色鉴定干细胞及分化的细胞,并观察其DCX的表达。结果:SD大鼠海马和脑室下区组织体外培养的细胞为神经干细胞,DCX在干细胞中有表达,在其分化的神经元中无表达。结论:DCX在神经干细胞中表达,在神经元无表达。Objective：To explore the culture methods of neural stem cells and the expression of DCX（Doublecortin） on the cells.Methods：The neural stem cells were isolated from the hippocampus,purified and cultured for 3 generations.The neural stem cells were identified and the expression of DCX were investigated by immunocytochemistry method.Results：DCX was expressed on the neural stem cells but on neurons.Conclusion：The neural stem cells express DCX as a specific marker.
