摘　　要：本文从教师教育的角度,探讨民族地区体育课程改革中理论与实践的矛盾问题,指出提升民族地区体育教师的素养是解决这一问题的关键,并提出民族地区体育教师所应具备的六大素养。From the perspective of teacher education, this article discusse the conflict issues between theory and practice in P.E curriculum reform in multi-national area, pointing out that the promotion of the the professional quality of the P.E teachers in multi-national area is the the key to solve this problem, and the teachers should have six major accomplishments .
