Cortisomol糊剂应用于一次性根管治疗近期疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较后牙(前磨牙、磨牙)经两种不同类型根管封闭剂根管充填后疼痛发生情况.方法 138颗需行根管治疗的牙齿分两组,分别采用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖和氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖一次性根管充填,观察术后2周内疼痛发生情况.结果 Cortisomol糊剂组疼痛发生率1.3%,氧化锌丁香油糊剂组疼痛发生率8.06%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.01).结论 Cortisomol糊剂+牙胶尖根管充填不能减少术后疼痛的发生.Objective To evaluate clinical effects of short-term cure after root canal filling with two different kinds of materials.Methods A total of 138 teeth for root canal treatment were divided into two groups,Cortisomol ＋ gutta-percha and zinc oxide eugenol paste＋ gutta-percha.The occurrence of pain in 14 days after treatment were record.Results The occurrence rate of pain after root canal therapy in 14 days using Cortisomol was lower than of the group using gutta-percha and zincoxide eugenol paste with significant in difference（P 0.05） .Conclusion Root canal treatment applying Cortisomol ＋ gutta-percha can not decrease the rate of pain occurrence after root canal filling in short period.
