摘 要:目的:研究直丝弓矫治器滑动法关闭间隙的矫治力学特点。方法:建立上颌牙齿-牙周组织-弓丝-矫治器的整体有限元模型,设定滑动法关闭间隙的力值为150g(1g力=9.80665×10-3N),所用弓丝为0.019英寸×0.025英寸(1英寸=0.0254m)的不锈钢丝,运用非线性计算方法,计算上颌牙列牙周膜的应力分布、弓丝与托槽的接触以及牙齿的初始位移。结果:实验条件下,牙周膜的冯·米赛斯应力、最大主应力、最小主应力范围分别是4.5665×10-4~0.7255MPa、-3.000~9.413MPa及-3.281~8.716MPa,应力分布均匀,无广泛高应力集中区。弓丝与托槽的有效接触点数目、最大接触正压力均表现为后牙少于前牙。中切牙初始位移趋势为远中、牙合向、舌向移动;磨牙呈牙合向、近中倾斜。结论:使用150g力0.019英寸×0.025英寸有利于弓丝滑动关闭间隙。Objective: To explore the mechanics aspects of space closure using preadjusted appliance. Methods: The whole finite element model composed of the upper denture and periodontal tissue, arch wire and appliance was established. The three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method was used to analyze the contacts between arch wire and brackets, the stress distribution in periodontal ligament and the instant displacement of teeth, when a 150 g force and 0.019×0.025 inches stainless steel arch wire was used to close the spaces with sliding method. Results: When a 150 g force was used to close the spaces with sliding method, the Von mises stress, maximum stress and minimum stress were 4.566 5 ×10-4~0.725 5 MPa,-3.000~ 9.413 MPa and 3.281~8.716 MPa in periodontal ligament (PDL). The distribution of stress was lower and well-distributed in periodontal. The contact points on posterior teeth were least and the contact force was lower between arch wire and slot. Conclusion:Using 150 g force and 0.019 ×0.025 inches stainless steel arch wire to close spaces have the advantage of sliding and corresponding.
