摘  要:目的探讨前列腺癌DNA倍体、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、微血管密度(iMVD)与癌分级及预后的关系。方法应用计算机图像分析技术、免疫组织化学(LSAB)法,测定30例前列腺癌(PC)、20例前列腺增生症(BPH)细胞核DNA倍体、PCNA阳性指数、iMVD的变化。结果随癌分化程度降低,DNA倍体增加、PCNA阳性指数升高、iMVD增加,其差异有显著性(P<005或P<001);2年内死亡者,其DNA倍体、PCNA阳性指数、iMVD均高于存活2年以上者(均为P<0.001)。结论iMVD较癌分级更准确地反映PC的预后。DNA倍体、PCNA阳性指数。Objective To determine the relationship between these biologic markers and tumor grade and prognosis of the carcinoma. Metheds 30 cases of prostatic carcinoma (PC) and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were studied on DNA ploidy proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and intratumoral microvascular density (iMVD) with computer assisted image analysis and immunohistochemistry (LSAB). Results The DNA ploidy,PCNA labeling index and iMVD were increased along with decreasing of the tumor histological grading.The DNA ploidy was significantly different among PC 3、PC 2、PC 1 and BPH ( P <0.05 or P < 0.01), so were the PCNA labeling index and iMVD ( P <0.05 or P < 0.01). The DNA ploidy、PCNA labeling index and iMVD were higher in patients with prostatic carcinoma died within two years than those survived for over two years ( P <0.001). Conclusions iMVD is a more accurate predictor than tumor grading in the evaluation of the prognosis of prostatic carcinoma. DNA ploidy, PCNA labeling index and iMVD were positively correlated with each other in prostatic carcinoma.
