耐·怀特美白凝胶漂白着色牙的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价耐·怀特美白凝胶漂白不同着色牙的临床疗效和安全性.方法 自2009年1月至2010年1月,选择因氟斑牙、四环素牙及增龄因素导致牙色暗黄的患者43例,使用耐·怀特美白凝胶对其进行漂白治疗,并拍照以比较治疗前后牙齿的色度变化.使用数字化疼痛评判法记录患者治疗后牙齿的敏感度.结果 对43例患者治疗前后牙齿的色度变化进行比较,其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.耐·怀特美白凝胶漂白不同着色牙的综合显效率约为81.4%.其中仅2例患者偶有牙齿酸痛症状,但停药后24 h内均自行缓解.治疗后随访43例患者6～12个月,漂白后的牙齿效果满意,无牙髓炎、牙龈炎等并发症出现.结论 耐·怀特美白凝胶漂白法是一种安全、有效、简便的牙齿美白方法.Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Nite White gel on discolored tooth bleaching. Methods From January 2009 to January 2010, 43 patients with dental fluorosis, tetracycline teeth, or pigmenting teeth caused by aging were selected and treated with the bleaching treatment by Nite White gel. The preoperative and postoperative photos were taken and compared. The sensitivity of the teeth was recorded after the treatment by Visual analogue scale （VAS）. Results There were significant differences in all patients compared with treatments in chroma （ P 〈0.01 ）. The significant effective rate of Nite White gel on bleaching discolored teeth was 81.4%. Two cases appeared the aching pain after the treatment which was relieved in 24 hours after drug discontinuance. All eases were satisfied with the bleached tooth without any complications such as pulpitis and gingivitis after 6 - 12 months following up. Conclusion Nite White gel is proved to be effective, safe and convenient for discolored tooth bleaching.
