多烯磷脂酰胆碱对脂肪肝患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱(易善复)治疗脂肪肝患者的疗效。方法将102例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组54例,对照组48例,治疗组在常规保肝治疗基础上,给予易善复注射液465mg/天静点,1个月后改为易善复2粒(465mg)3次/天口服;对照组给予常规保肝治疗即口服水飞蓟宾(水林佳)、肝泰乐、复合维生素B片,疗程共6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的肝功能、血脂、血糖及肝组织学变化等指标。结果治疗组ALT、AST下降幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗组中甘油三酯(TG)下降幅度优于与对照组,差异有统计学意义;肝组织学恢复两组比较有统计学意义;空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平在治疗组中有下降趋势,但两组比较无统计学差异。结论易善复能较早改善脂肪肝患者的肝功能及组织学,且能降低甘油三酯水平。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine （Essentiale） on fatty liver disease patients. Methods 102 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into the therapy group （54 cases） and the control group （48 cases）. The therapy group received combined therapy plus Polyunsaturated Phosphatidylcholine 465mg in 5% glucose solution of 250ml intravenously per day for 1 mouth followed by Polyunsaturated Phosphatidylcholine 465mg for 5 months. The control group received only combined therapy for 6 mouths. Results ALT,AST,TG and liver histology were improved significantly and B-ultrasound result became normal in the treatment group compared to the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Polyunsaturated Phosphatidylcholine improves the liver function and liver histopathology in patients with fatty liver. It is effective and safe in the treatment of fatty liver disease.
