摘　　要：蛋白质组学研究在后基因组时代得到快速发展,免疫蛋白质组学技术为肿瘤相关抗原的发现提供了一种有效的分析方法:,其筛选的肿瘤相关抗原不仅可用于肿瘤诊断和预后的检测,还可能成为新的治疗靶标。本文就免疫蛋白质组学技术的研究进展作一综述。Proteome analysis has rapidly developed in the post-genome era. Immunoproteomics holds considerable promise for the discovery of tumor-associated antigens, suggesting that this approach may be a useful tool for identification of prognostic, diagnostic markers, and novel therapeutic targets. This article is mainly about the recent advances on the immunoproteomics technique.
