摘　　要：目的探讨复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)患者的免疫学发病机制。方法应用流式细胞仪检测法测定270例RAU患者(RAU组)和44例健康人(对照组)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果RAU组外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞水平及CD4+/CD8+均明显低于对照组,CD8+T淋巴细胞水平明显高于对照组,P均<0.001。结论外周血T淋巴细胞亚群功能紊乱在RAU发病中具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the immunological mechanisms in recurrent aphthous ulcers （RAU）. Methods The levels of T lymphocytes sub-groups in peripheral blood in 270 RAU patients （ RAU group） and 44 healthy controls （control group）were tested with flow cytometry. Results The levels of CD3＋ T,CD4＋ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and CD4＋/CD8＋ of RAU group were lower than those in control group, the level of CD8＋ T lymphocytes was higher than that in control group , all P 〈 0.001. Conclusions RAU is closely related to imbalanced T lymphocytes sub-groups.
