摘　　要：外生型产业集群是在作为"外生核"的跨国公司的驱动下,相关企业在地理上集聚而形成交互关联与竞争互动关系的产业集群。因此,其异变的独特性即在于跨国公司战略行为特征对产业集群异变的影响。基于扎根理论的分析程序,沿着根植性和开放性两个维度,剖析了外生型产业集群异变的均衡转换过程与机理,深入探讨了集群异变的多维路径。Exogenous industrial cluster is a kind of cluster that under the lead of multinational corporations,which is the exogenous nucleus,related firms centralize together and form the relationship of mutual conjunction and competitive interaction.So the unique feature of its variation is the influence of multinational corporations＇ strategic behavior on the variation of cluster.Based on the procedures of grounded theory,this paper analyzes the equilibrium transformation process and the mechanism of exogenous industrial cluster variation from the perspective of embeddedness and openness,in order to discuss deeply the multiple path of cluster variation.
