摘 要:准确的回弹预测是回弹控制和补偿的前提。以V型冲压件为研究对象,以动力显式有限元软件Dynaform为平台,采用正交试验方法,对影响回弹预测的主要参数模拟参数(积分点数、坯料单元尺寸、虚拟冲压速度)、工艺参数(压边力、模具间隙、凹模圆角半径)和材料参数(坯料厚度)进行仿真试验。通过对试验数据进行处理与分析,定量地揭示上述因素对回弹影响的显著程度。仿真结果表明:冲压速度对回弹的影响最为显著;基于CAE分析的回弹预测,模拟参数对预测精度的影响不可忽视;回弹是多因素耦合的结果,良好的参数组合能够在很大程度上减小冲压件的回弹量。The accurate prediction is the premise of the control and compensation of the springback. Taking a V ramming compo- nent as the study object and Dynaform as the platform, the orthogonal experiment method was adopted to make simulated experiments on the main parameters which affected the prediction of the springback, including the simulation parameters ( integral points, element size of the blank, virtual ramming speed), the technical parameters (blank-holding force, die gap, die fillet) and the material parameter (blank thickness). The experimental data were analyzed, the influence of these parameters on the springback was discussed. The simulated results indicate, the ramming speed is the most remarkable influence factor to the degree of the springback ; as for the springback prediction based on the CAE, the influence of the simulation parameters on the prediction precision can not be ignored; springback is the result of coupling factors, a good combination of parameters can reduce the soringback to a great dearee.
