摘  要:针对永磁同步直线电机定位力大的缺点,文章分析了动磁式永磁同步电动机的定位力产生的基本原理;借鉴永磁同步旋转电机的齿槽力的分析方法,分析了动磁式永磁同步直线电机的端边效应定位力,并得出定位力计算方法,分析了齿槽定位力,得出了齿槽定位力的最大值表达式,利用软件建立的永磁同步电机定位力模型,仿真动磁式直线电机的定位力情况,得出动磁式直线电机边端定位力很小的结论。The paper analyzed the basic principle of the detent force of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with moving magnets for the detent force decision of the force.With the analytical method of the cogging force of the permanent magnet rotary synchronous motor,the end-effect force of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with moving magnets was analyzed and the calculation method was acquired,and then analyzed the cogging force of the motor,acquired the maximum value expression also.Finally,constructed the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with moving magnets,the detent force of the motor was simulated and gained the conclusion that the motor end-effect force with moving magnets is minimal.
