TGF-β1、TβRⅡ及P38蛋白在胃癌发生发展中的意义

摘　　要：目的检测TGF-β1、TβRⅡ和P38蛋白在不同时期胃癌组织中的表达,探讨它们在胃癌发生、发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例胃癌、15例胃腺瘤及30例正常胃组织中TGF-β1、TβRⅡ和P38蛋白的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中TGF-β1、P38蛋白的表达高于正常胃组织,TβRⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达低于正常胃组织,它们在胃腺瘤中的表达介于胃癌和正常胃组织之间。TGF-β1和P38蛋白两者在胃癌中表达水平成正相关(P<0.05),TGF-β1与TβRⅡ及TβRⅡ与P38蛋白之间在胃癌中表达均为负相关(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和P38的表达与胃癌浸润深度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),TβRⅡ的表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期以及有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1、TβRⅡ和P38蛋白的表达与胃癌的发生、发展、生物学行为及预后密切相关,检测TGF-β1、TβRⅡ和P38蛋白的表达对于胃癌的早期诊断及评估预后有重要意义。Objective To study the expression of TGF-β1,TGF-βⅡand p38 in the different stages of gastric carcinoma and evaluate their significance in pathogenisis and development of gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the expression TGF-β1,TβRⅡand P38 in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma,15 cases of gastric adenoma,and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues.Results Compared with those in normal gastric tissues,the expression levels of TGF-β1 and P38 increased in the gastric carcinoma,while that of TβRⅡdecreased.The expression of TGF-β1 correlated positively with that of P38 in the gastric carcinoma,there exist a negative correlation of the positive expression between TGF-β1 and TβRⅡ（P0.05）,and there also exist a negative correlation of the positive expression between TβRⅡ and P38（P0.05）.The expression of TGF-β1 and P38 is related with invasion depth,clinical stage and lymphatic metastases.The expression of TβRⅡ is related with histological differentiation, invasion depth, clinical stage and lymphatic metastases. Conclusion The expression of TGF-β1,TβRⅡ and P38 is correlated with the development,biologic behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.Determination of TGF-β1、TβRⅡand P38 is very helpful in early diagnosis and evaluating the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
