摘　　要：整合素族(integrins)为一族亲异性细胞粘附分子,介导细胞-细胞之间及细胞-细胞外基质之间的相互作用。在肿瘤细胞转移的全过程中,整合素几乎参与每一个步骤,并随肿瘤的进展而影响肿瘤细胞与其微环境的相互作用〔2〕。整合素通过与生长因子受体、各种蛋白酶、细胞骨架和胞外信号传导的协同作用完成这一进程。Integrins are a family which is adhesive molecular of xenotropic cellular,mediated the interactions between cell-cell and cell-the extracellular matrix.Integrins are involved in each step of the metastatic cascade and affect interaction of tumor cell with changing environments.Integrins accomplish this process through cooperating with growth factor receptors、a series of protease、cytoskeleton and the transduction of extracellular signal.
