开发综合设计性实验 促进创新人才之培养

摘　　要：论述了开发综合设计性实验对培养创新人才的作用,叙述了在培养创新人才中如何开发综合设计性实验,给出了在培养创新人才中开发综合设计性实验的应用实例。实践表明,综合设计性实验对培养创新人才确实起到了很好的促进作用。This paper dealt with the role that comprehensive design experiments play in the training of innovative talents. It also presented the methods to develop the expected comprehensive design experiments and some examples illustrating the methods. The practice shows that the comprehensive design experiments are conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents.
