摘　　要：在对发达国家部分高校"校企合作与学生就业能力培养"成功经验进行比较研究的基础上,根据国情和校情提出了"校企合作和IT学生就业能力培养"的思路。实践表明:按年级通过校企合作,循序渐进学习基本技术;基于校企合作项目组建有大一到大四各年级同学参加的课题组,通过传帮带的方式使学生获得实际项目研发经验。从教学计划上给予支持并加强过程管理,能使IT大学生在毕业求职时拥有良好的就业能力。Based on the contrast research of the successful experience of ＂school-enterprise cooperation and the training of students＇ employment ability＂ in some colleges and universities in developed countries, this paper bronght forward the idea of ＂school-enterprise cooperation and capacity-building of IT students＇ employment＂ according to the conditions of our country and our school. The practice shows that it is a feasible method to establish school-enterprise cooperation by grade to learn the basic technology step-by-step and set up research groups with students from freshman to senior based on the school-enterprise cooperation projects. With the help and guidance of teachers, students can get practical experience in research and development project. What is more, with the support of teaching programs and strengthening the process management, IT students are able to have a good employment ability.
