摘　　要：在分析、总结传统金工实习方式的基础上,提出了"以工序为实习教学基本单元"的开放式教学方式,并在实践中取得了一定的成效,解决了传统实习方式中存在的问题。同时,也提出了值得深入探讨、有待进一步改革的问题。Based on the analysis and conclusion of the traditional metal practice model, this paper provides an openteaching approach, featuring ＂work-procedure-based field instructing unit＂. This model has already made some accomplishments and sought out the solutions to some existing problems in traditional practice model. The highlights of this paper also extend to the problems for further exploration, discussion and reformation.
