摘　　要：目的综述天然胃黏膜保护药物的研究概况。方法查阅国内外相关文献,以其中的11篇为依据介绍胃黏膜保护剂的活性成分。对不同科属的天然植物所含有的化合物类型进行分类,主要有山茶科、菊科、五加科等。结果研究表明植物的来源广泛,具有不同的化学类别、结构特征和作用机理,主要包括皂苷、甾体、生物碱类等化合物。结论为胃黏膜保护剂的开发与研究提供参考。Objective To summarize the research progress on the natural gastric mucosa protective drugs.Methods International references were comprehensively reviewed,a detailed introduction about the active ingredients of drugs for gastric mucosa protectant was given.The compound types of the different generas of natural plants were classified.Results The research showed that plants were widespread and had different chemical categories,structural characteristics and mechanism.Most of them were saponins,steroids and alkaloids,etc.Conclusions This article will provide references for the research of gastric mucosa ingredients.
