钢丝绳编结时应注意的问题

摘　　要：针对"煤矿呈环状使用的牵引胶带运输机用钢丝绳在较短的使用时间内,接头部位芯股从两外股中间挤出,接头处钢丝绳捻距明显变大"的问题,指出钢丝绳编结过程中应注意事项:对插入做绳芯的股进行矫直,矫直时不要划伤钢丝表面;芯股外表面应包覆,包覆后的股直径比未包覆的股大15%～20%,包覆的长度与插入长度相同;两股交叉处填入填充物,填充物直径的选择应以填充处钢丝绳的直径略大于正常部位钢丝绳的直径为宜;对填充物进行处理,一般是对尼龙制品进行加热。Aiming at the problems of ＂ring type wire rope for traction traveling apron in short use time, the core strand is extruded from the middle of two outer layer strand and the lay pitch became big obviously at joint position＂, the matters needing attention to in the course of wire rope knitting are pointed out ： to straighten rope core strand and do not scratch steel wire surface as straightening; core strand surface should be cladded, the core strand diameter grows 15% -20% after cladding, the cladding length is the same as insert length; fill padding at two strands cross section had better satisfy wire rope diameter is slightly larger at filling section than at common section; the filling padding is treated, the nylon products is heated generally.
