摘 要:探讨五步课堂三步课后教学在无菌技术操作中的教学效果。选择2008级护理本科3班为实验组,在课堂上采用"夸张示教、小组代表演示、故错教学、逐人演示、随堂考核和讲评"五步教学,课后分小教师辅导和监督练习、"惩罚"训练和技能竞赛三个阶段进行无菌技术的练习和巩固。2008级护理本科7班为对照组,采用传统教学法,比较两组学生的自评结果、考核成绩和违反无菌操作的人数。实验组学生自评学习兴趣、练习主动性、无菌观念等5个方面的提高比对照组高(P<0.01),无菌技术操作考核高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组下半学期技能考核中违反无菌操作的人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。实施五步课堂三步课后教学能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高无菌技术操作的教学效果。To investigate the teaching methods in aseptic technique.In the experimental group,"exaggeration demonstration,group representatives demonstrate,demo error correcting mistakes,classroom assessment and evaluation" five teaching steps was adopted.In extracurricular activities,using "students playing for counseling teacher,supervise students practice,punishment training,competition" three phases of practice.The student self-assessment results,Score for performance of aseptic technique and the number of aseptic violation were collected and analyzed.The experimental group got higher score than the control group in the student self-assessment results,score for performance(P 0.01).In the second semester trial examination the number of students who violate aseptic operation was less than that in control group(P0.05).The new teaching methods can stimulate students' interest and improve the teaching effect of aseptic technique operation.
