摘　　要：就广东省三所师范院校2005、2006级本科师范类大学生的就业意向进行问卷调查,并对问卷的结果进行统计分析;通过对三所高校师范类大学生就业意向的横向对比研究,更有效地把握师范类大学生的就业意向、就业观念及行为特点,从而更好地开展大学生就业工作。A questionnaire on undergraduates＇ employment intentions was launched among seniors of 3 normal Colleges in Guangdong.By means of statistical and comparative analysis,author effectively got a command of the intentions,views and behavior characteristics of undergraduates＇ employment,which is beneficial to undergraduates in seeking jobs.
