摘　　要：融资问题一直困扰着科技企业的发展,甚至是其发展的"瓶颈"。科技企业融资难有多方面的原因,本文从政府视角,将政府应发挥的作用作为研究重点,分析了目前科技企业融资中政府扶持体系的现状及存在的不足,针对这些问题提出完善政府在科技企业融资扶持体系的对策,进而解决科技企业融资的难题。Financing problem has plagued the development of scientific and technological enterprises,and even is the ＂bottleneck＂ in its development.Scientific and technological enterprises have difficulties in financing for many factors.This paper made the role and participation of the government as a research focus.It analyzed the current situation and shortcomings of the government support system of corporate financing in the current scientific and technological enterprises.It also proposed the countermeasures to these issues in government support system and then to solve technology problems in scientific and technological enterprises.
