髁突骨折开放手术方法的回顾性分析

摘　　要：2003年1月到2007年9月共有254例患者因髁突骨折接受手术治疗,其中男性患者169例,女性患者85例。260例采用耳前切口(包括耳前直切口238例,耳前手杖形切口22例),单纯颌下切口37例,耳前颌下联合切口28例,全、半冠状口9例,口内切口2例。336例手术关节肿,263例采用内固定形式,包括微型钛板坚强内固定、钢丝结扎固定和长螺钉固定。单纯骨折片摘除61例。陈旧性髁突骨折行髁突成形术12例。Total of 254 patients with mandibular condylar fracture were operated from Jan,2003 to Sep,2007,including 169 male and 85 female.172 of all the patients had single side fracture,and the other 82 patients had frature on both sides.The incisions included pre-aricular incision（260）,submandibular incision（37）,pre-aricular combined with submandibular incision（28）,cronal incision（9）and intra-oral incison（2）.263 patients＇ condyle were fixed with IFF,including mini-plate,wire and long screw.The fragements were removed in 61 patients,and 12 patients received condylar plasty.
