摘　　要：工具书阅览室作为图书馆的一个服务部门,以其独特的藏书为读者提供检索服务,工具书的自身特点决定了管理者必须更新服务理念,才能提高工具书的利用率,增强图书馆发展的活力。As a service deparment of library,reading room for reference book provides readers the service of index with its special collection of books,the characteristics of reference books themselves require that the manager must follow the trend of information age on the service beliefs,only by doing so that can promote the efficiency of utilization of books,enhance the activity of library.
