摘　　要：市场竞争要求企业有一个反应灵敏的决策机制。作者以造纸行业大型的多品种生产企业为背景，以计算机为工具，充分利用现有的系统科学、决策科学和人工智能的理论和方法，分析了生产决策的基本过程，探讨了生产决策支持系统的目标、功能及软件结构的设计等，对提高企业生产决策水平、市场竞争能力和经济效益有一定的帮助，同时对开发企业管理专项决策支持系统有参考价值。The condition of market varys obviously.How factory's decision_making changes with the market is a urgent problem which needs to be resolved,especially in pulp and paper_making industry.This paper develops a Production Decision Support System(PDSS) served for large_scale and multiple_products factories in the process of production decision_making.The approach is integrated by using computer technology,system science,decision science and artificial intelligence.This article focuses on:(1) the decision_making process for production;(2) the objectives and the functions of the PDSS;(3) the software design of PDSS.The system is used to improve firm's production decision, help firms adapt to market's change and win in the competition.
